Only a specific area of ​​France has the right to call their spirits, prepared on the basis of grape spirits, brandy. But the craftsmen have developed several methods for the preparation of brandy moonshine, receiving the coveted product with the smallest cost. Let us two recipes that are most popular among the people.

     Before you start cooking cognac from the brew, it should be understood that as a result you will not get a real cognac, the manufacture of which requires grape alcohol, drink, much like its taste properties to the original product.

Recipe №1.

Components:
  • 3 liters of moonshine obtained by moonshine.
  • Potassium permanganate.
  • Partitions from walnuts.
  • Black tea.
  • Carnation.
  • Caraway.
  • Vanilla.
  • Lemon acid.
 Here's how:
First of all, it should be clear from the moonshine fusel oils. To do this, a 3-liter jar of homemade alcohol obtained by the moonshine, throw a few grains of potassium permanganate. If you plan to use the vodka, then this item should be skipped.
I fall asleep: a handful of dried walnut walls, a tablespoon of black tea and bits 6-7 cloves.
Add one tablespoon of vanilla and cumin.
Add a bit of citric acid (a pinch).
Tightly closed jar leave to infuse for 3-4 days in a warm dark place.
Filter the drink.
 
Recipe №2.
  • 1.5 liters of vodka a triple distillation.
  • Good purified water - 1-2 liters.
  • Bay leaf.
  • Carnation.
  • Vanillin.
  • Black pepper - peas.
  • Oak bark.
 How to make brandy from moonshine.

The filtered water is poured moonshine to get the alcoholic strength of 40-50 g basis.
Adding: spoon oak bark, cloves 4 heads, 2 large or 4 small bay leaves, 4 grains of black pepper, vanilla - on the tip of a knife.
You can add mint - a teaspoon per 1 liter of alcohol base.
Cover tightly and place in a warm, dark place for 2-3 days.
Before use, to soften the taste, add a teaspoon of sugar.

      Two of these options produce cognac from the brew, let you get spirits that certainly can not be fully compared to the cognac, but that is very reminiscent of the noble drink, and that on its taste, certainly better than many "brandy" that are on the the shelves of our stores.
