1. Gin and tonic

Composition:

Gin - 40 ml;

Tonic - 140 ml;

Lime - 20 g;

Ice - 170 g .

Soda - 100 ml;

Sweet syrup - 20 ml;

Lemon juice - 15 ml;

Mint leaves - 8 pieces;

Ice - 200 g .

Put mint leaves in a glass. Cover the mint with crushed ice. Pour lemon juice, syrup and London dry gin. Pour the soda on top. It is recommended to serve the cocktail in a highball, pre-decorated with mint.
